Step 1: Our First Meeting

When you first come to our showroom, it is very helpful to have a drawing of your space with dimensions. The more detail there is the more we can get out of the first meeting, but it can be a simple sketch (here’s an example, and here’s a template you can use to make it easier). We will always come take our own measurements before starting any work, and if you’d prefer we come to do a site visit for any reason let us know.

If you are starting a countertop project, it is helpful to know where appliances and backsplashes will be. We will ask about overhang/seating areas (if applicable), and discuss any changes you might want to consider.

We have a variety of samples and can help you make decisions about edge profile, sink type, cabinet door style, layout, materials, and more.

Step 2: Preparation

After you accept our bid and/or confirm the job, we will finalize the measurements and build templates, and order the materials. You should feel free to ask any questions along the way.

Step 3: Construction

When your materials arrive, we will do all necessary building in our shop. Our skilled staff will ensure that your order is filled completely and accurately so you will be happy with the final result.

Step 4: Installation

We will confirm the date and time of installation ahead of time. Installing countertops usually takes 2-4 hours. Installing cabinets can take 1-3 days depending on the size and complexity of the project.
